According to Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights, police in Masvingo on Tuesday 15 April 15, 2014 arrested two residents for allegedly staging a demonstration to protest against poor service delivery.
Police arrested Tamutswa Chikonyora and Prosper Tiringindi at Masvingo Civic Centre, which houses the offices of the Masvingo City Council (MCC) and detained them at Masvingo Central Police Station.
