This analysis outlines the framework within which elections are conducted in Zimbabwe. Particular focus is put on the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission and how it delimitates the boundaries of electoral districts. Other topics that are scrutinised are the registration of voters, educating them and the accreditation of election observers. Voting procedures and the counting of votes. From this analysis it is derived that the electoral process is flawed and needs reform.
